[Washington DC] — No Dem Left Behind and national spokesperson Richard Ojeda are proud to announce the launch of a political action committee aimed at funding and supporting the efforts of Democrats in rural states.
No Dem Left Behind PAC will recruit the best and brightest campaign staffers in the nation, united in their determination to take back the White House, and send them across the country to support and empower rural Democrats. In collaboration with Richard Ojeda, we are confident that our ambitions will rise to fruition.
A former veteran of the United States army, Ojeda is a powerhouse activist fighting against corrupt bureaucratic and legislative power. In 2016, during his campaign for West Virginia State Senate, Richard was the victim of an attack that he believes was politically motivated. However, despite the brutal nature of this incident, he won his race and continues to march in protest in support of like-minded politicians who seek to reclaim their voice in the face of opposition. The energy and determination with which Richard advocates for his beliefs make him a valued member of our coalition and an excellent spokesperson.
“We must stop fighting a battle where our enemy is wearing brass knuckles and we are carrying a pillow. It’s time to knuckle up” -Richard Ojeda on the importance of fighting harder than ever to elect rural Democrats.
With the launch of this project, No Dem Left Behind will ensure rural Americans are truly represented by their representatives in Washington, D.C. We will build a wider purpose to amplify and empower the presence of Democrats in rural districts.
About No Dem Left Behind: No Dem Left Behind is a one-of-a-kind grassroots movement dedicated to getting democrats running in deep-red districts into Congress. Our goal is to bring the party together in a way we have never seen before by focusing on areas that are overlooked. We hope to show you that there are candidates across the nation who are always ready to fight the good fight and stand up for what matters most. We are ready to remind Washington that these issues affect Americans every day. We know we work best when we work together, and we will never forget that.
